The Art of Deep Rest & Stress Recovery
Some stress is helpful. It pushes you forward, sharpens your focus, even makes life exciting. But too much starts to make things feel heavy, overwhelming, like you’re just trying to keep up.
In this feel-better session, we’re going deep into:

Theory & insight: learn the difference between good and bad stress (and why knowing this changes everything)

A 5-minute de-stress hack: a simple technique to shift out of stress mode and back into ease

A super slow yoga practice: a deeply restorative, prop-filled yoga session designed to reset your system completely

The rest you need: an extra long, guided yoga nidra to bring you back to yourself

Excellent tunes, daft jokes, and real connection: all this goodness comes as standard—this is the yoga you haven't tried yet.
This about giving yourself the permission to pause and recharge in a new, vibrant way, so you can handle stress easier, focus more, and find some joy that'll last for days.
